- During sales or high-order periods, processing may take a little longer.
- You will receive an email/SMS update once your order is packed and shipped.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other cities: 5–8 working days
- Remote areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unexpected issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during special sales or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
- You can track your package anytime until it reaches your address.
5. Incorrect Address
- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct while placing the order.
- CottonFry is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.
- You may need to pay re-shipping charges if the package is returned due to unavailability.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that looks damaged or tampered, please:
- Take photos and videos immediately
- Do not use the product
- Contact us within 72 hours
This helps us investigate and resolve your issue faster.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
